How Do I Place An Order?
Customer can order easily by just choosing the items and send the screen shot / picture of selected items to our team / purchasing agent. You may also contact us directly as you may required further details and information.
Payment and Shipping
No Rush Orders. No Pick Ups.
Please anticipate delays in your orders.
Expect longer order processing times as we follow strict protocols on social distancing, skeletal workforce and disinfection measures in our warehouse.
The items that you have been selected is a PRE-ORDER and will be taken directly from Korea along with other products in on shipment period.
50% down payment is required upon ordering of the items. Please note that items will be processed & delivered after three (3) to four (4) weeks from the date that we have received the down payment.
Shipment of items are free on the specified location in Laguna:
San Pablo City, Calauan, Pila, Bay, Victoria, Los Banos. Other places which are not mentioned will have a delivery charges.
Payment can be done through Cash, Money Transfer (Cebuana, Palawena), G-Cash, Credit Card and to be transferred to the following bank:
BDO, Metro Bank & Landbank

Official Receipt will be issued upon ordering and payment of the items.
Returns & Refunds
Since the items are to be taken directly from Korea, there will be No Return No Exchange policy to be applied on this online order.
All sales are considered final and non-returnable unless otherwise damaged or proven to be defective when delivered. You have 48 hours once your order has been delivered to contact Nuna Store in case the item is not working or damaged. It is advisable to open your order and check all items as soon as you receive it.
